Degree in Sociology at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He has developed his professional activity in the social field, both in the public administration and in the private sector.
Having more than 20 years of experience in the development and management of social programs, especially in the field of social inclusion and aging, in which he has published several articles and research on loneliness and care in the elderly.
She is currently the director of the Inclusion Area in “la Caixa” Foundation and responsible for Incorpora programme, which promotes the social and labour inclusion of people in vulnerable situations through the networking of more than 450 social entities. The program takes place in Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Poland and Hungary.
