ROUND TABLE
“Good practices for labour integration”

“That first chance you never forget.” All people remember fondly when and what it was like that first opportunity that opened the door to who we are today. That person who accompanies you, that business that trusts you even though you have no experience or knowledge. At Alsea we have wanted for many years to be that first door that is opened, that opportunity that makes young people, whatever reality they come from, have a place to start taking off without labels through training programs, internships, first experiences, tutors and mentors. In fact, different programs are adapted to the reality of each of our brands, since we all have a right to open that first door for us to begin the path that leads us to our dreams.
