“Good practices for social networks of support and participation”
The experience of socio-educational mentorship in Barcelona – Rusiñol (Nightingale) Project.
In Catalonia 97,062 young people did not study further after finishing their obligatory years of education in 2022. Social mentorship is a powerful tool to guide toward educational success. This experience is rewarding for all the parties. The university mentors, who voluntarily walk mentees through the process, live an enriching and full experience, getting involved in social change and equal academic opportunities.
