Amés Foundation, Balearic Islans
Currículum vitae
My career began like most by finishing the last high school year without any clear idea about what to do next. At the time, I was already working in Amés Association as a Recreational Activities Coordinator and Manager. Subsequently, I combined it with a Vocational Training in Social Integration, which allowed me to obtain the position of Educational Technical Assistant in a residential center for minors in the same entity. At once, I started the degree of Social Education at the university of the Balearic Islands. Finally, when I was offered the position of manager, I accepted it and I furthered all my studies and experience with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration to achieve the best possible results with the Amés Foundation.

ROUND TABLE
“Good practices in transition programs to adult life”
Project Acompaña (Accompany).
In this presentation, I will try to explain as best as possible how we elaborate and develop the project Acompaña to improve the level of employability of young people in processes of emancipation or transition to adult life so that all professionals can capture ideas and adapt them to their contexts or improve the programs they have already been using.
